Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or https://aerosys.com.my/. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://aerosys.com.my/ may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
Payments
All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, or online payment methods.
Payments cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your order(s) before it you purchase it, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at hr@aerosys.com.my. Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated if you are cancelled within 7 days upon your purchased. After 7 days of purchases, your purchased are not liable for refund but the next subscription will be discontinued.
Please make sure that you have carefully read service description before making a purchase to elude any circumstances after purchased.
We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.

We respect the privacy of your personal information and we strive to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information given by you. Policies
simtAr is a ISCMS which stands for Inventory and Supply Chain Management System. ISCMS is a complete cloud-based system for farm and logistics use. simtAr has modules such as Harvest, Inventory, Supply Chain and Reports. simtAr can be integrated with deryA and post terminals to complete the plantation process. simtAr can be customized according to the user’s requirements and needs.
An IoT gadget called ombArg was created to support deryA in areas with little or no network connection. A spread spectrum modulation method called LoRa, which was developed utilising chirp spread spectrum (CSS) technology, is used to create ombArg (Long Range). In hilly locations like Plantation Area, it is the ideal solution for receiving and transferring data from any device equipped with a LoRa End Node. A number of ombArg will be required to solve the blind spot problems because they function as repeaters for data sent to and received from the server. ombArg is solar-powered to allow its placement in locations without power.
deryA is an IoT gadget created using cutting-edge technologies. Powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to suit user needs for recording product production. As a reference, deryA can be trained to record many samples. deryA is designed to keep track of the quantity of items, colour index, and size of commodities. deryA is an ideal gadget for harvesting activities because it detects and records every crop collected. deryA’s network area distance is determined by the plantation area’s line of sight.
